What would you do if 40% of your workforce quit?
I was reading the results of a recent survey conducted by workspace supplier Regus, and thought it was important enough to include in the latest edition of our Talent Acquisition Today newsletter.
15,000 US professionals were interviewed last February and March for the research study, which found that 40% of US professionals were thinking about quitting their jobs. This includes an alarming 25% of company top performers. The main reasons included lack of communication by top management, lack of promotions and increased stress. The survey also asked about perks that would prompt workers to stay with their current employers.
