You can get an idea of the company’s culture, employee morale, and customer feel for the company you are applying. In case of negativity, a recruiter understanding what the social media world says about you or your client’s company is the biggest step to staying ahead of the curve.
These platforms can also work in a company’s favor within the recruitment process. Having a strong social media presence can allow candidates an inside look at what it may be like to work for the company. Companies with various social media platforms allow a candidate to get as much information as possible about company work life. This is also the way the company can control in terms of what candidates see and hear regarding its culture and employee feel.
Developing a diverse social media presence is a strategy that a company can use for a talent acquisition’s advantage in today’s competitive recruiting market.
