Work/Life Balance is important for all members of the organization from your CEO to first-year interns. It can be as simple as encouraging a walk at lunch to disconnect OR encouraging full-time associates to leave their company laptop at the office!
Some possible suggestions:

1. Encourage downtime to relax
2. Encourage exercise, yoga or any relaxation techniques
3. Offer time to volunteer in the community
4. Encourage family time
5. Encourage electronic shutdown
When technology was introduced, it became easy to keep abreast of challenges, trends, and competition in the marketplace at all times. Encourage your staff to establish me time!
